Private Equity Placements

TAIB assists clients to invest in the equities of late-stage companies in high-growth sectors within Europe, the U.S., Middle East, and the Indian Sub-Continent. These have included investments in a variety of business sectors such as IT services, software development, oil and gas, food chain, cell phone networks and kitchenware.

Specialized Investments

TAIB's activities in "direct equity" or "specialized investments" include acquisitions, exits and post-acquisition monitoring of such investments. These investment funds focus on high-growth markets and tap the management skills of external specialists with exceptional private-equity track records in each specific market.

Leverage India Fund

TAIB recently co-sponsored a $110 million "Leverage India Fund" in partnership with a highly regarded Indian private equity specialist. The Fund invests in a number of India's growth-prone sectors - specifically pharmaceuticals, auto and auto ancillary, telecom, I/T and retail companies.
