The Gallery at TAIB Tower is a one-of-a-kind art venue that showcases the work of new and established local artists, and occasionally those from outside the region. It is located on the ground floor of TAIB Tower, the inviting headquarters of TAIB Bank that was designed by leading Bahraini architect Ahmed Janahi.
Since opening in 2005 as Bahrain’s first gallery in a bank, the Gallery has hosted several exhibitions, including the sculpture of Ali Al Mahmeed and paintings by Ibrahim Busaad and Adnan Al Ahmed – all award-winning artists and members of the Bahrain Arts Society. Photographic collages by Lebanese born Camille Zakharia, as well as landscape and architectural photographs by British born Paul Kavanagh have been other featured work.
